Product information is informational, lot-specific Certificates of Analysis control, orders are governed by written quotes or purchase orders, and California law applies to any dispute.

Accounts

Customer document access

Signed-in customers may download product documents such as Certificates of Analysis and specifications. These documents are provided for your internal business use. Do not redistribute them or use them to misrepresent a product. Downloads are logged against your account.

API tokens

  • API tokens are personal to the user who creates them.
  • Keep tokens secret and do not share them or commit them to code repositories.
  • A token can be revoked at any time, and we may revoke tokens we believe are compromised or misused.
  • Actions taken with a token are attributed to the user who issued it, and that user is responsible for them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • access areas or data you are not authorized to use;
  • interfere with or disrupt the site, or attempt to bypass its security;
  • use automated means to scrape gated content or overload the service;
  • submit false, misleading, or unlawful content; or
  • use the site in violation of applicable law.

Orders
